Proudly Australian made, Gaia Natural Baby is the most pure, gentle and effective natural skin care range that is suitable for the most sensitive skins including those affected by eczema and other skin irritations.  It combines natural and certified organic oils and extracts all chosen for their abilities to be gently cleansing, moisturising and soothing.  Our gorgeous scents are blended using certified organic pure essential oils, selected to provide you with pleasant aromas that will satisfy your senses and benefit your skin.

Our products are free from:

• artificial fragrance
• petrochemicals and mineral oils
• lanolin and phtalates
• soap, sulphates and other drying agents
• paraben preservatives and propylene glycol
• and other commonly used ingredients that can be irritating or drying to skin

Launched in 2002, GAIA Natural Baby was created by a mum Michelle Vogrinec after her baby developed eczema when he was just 8 weeks old. Michelle couldn’t find skin care products suitable for little Josh’s skin whch led her to create a range of gentle non-irritating products that care to care for his skin.  Read Our Story

Located in Hallam Victoria, our mission is to provide the natural and organic products to everyone through all distribution channels, which makes them easy to purchase.  Our ingredients are sourced through reputable companies and suppliers that provide high quality goods and have proven certification certificates assuring us and you of their purity. In fact most of our products are manufactured in ACO Certified Organic Processing Plants and all products are manufactured to strict GMP practices and undergo quality testing prior to release.

We have chosen NOT to use ingredients known to cause skin irritation or that are suspected to be harmful so there is NO soap, sulphates, petrochemicals, lanolin, paraben preservatives, propylene glycol, phthalates or artificial fragrances in any of our products.  We pride ourselves on always maintaining a high standard of ethics, honesty and customer service and we are a company passionate about looking after the health and wellbeing of others using sustainable methods and incorporating eco friendly business practices.

What products do you need to care for your baby’s skin?

Our babies are beautiful and so precious but they are all different and have different needs. Some have dry, flaky skin, others have chubby little fat roles you just want to squeeze while some encounter irritation and nappy rash that needs comfort or soothing or you may simply want a quality product to massage your baby.

One thing that all babies need is a range of products that are non-irritating and gentle, moisturising and softening.

GAIA Natural Baby developed a range of essential items that are most used within the first 5 years of a baby’s life. Our aim is to keep baby skin care simple by offering you the basic items that nourish, nurture and gently care for your little one’s skin without too much fuss or irritating ingredients.

GAIA Natural Baby takes into consideration that a baby’s skin is thinner than that of an adult, more sensitive and does not develop normal barrier functions when they are born.

So we use ingredients that are known to be beneficial to skin including organic vegetable oils and calming plant extracts, to bring you our range of non-drying, skin-softening cleansers, moisturisers and soothing lotions to care for your baby’s every day needs.

• certified organic chamomile and
• certified organic lavender

GAIA Natural Baby cannot treat or cure your baby’s eczema, but we are able to provide you with a product that is free from ingredients known to trigger dryness, irritations and flare-ups.  There is NO artificial fragrances, soap, sulphates, petrochemicals, mineral oils, lanolin, paraben preservatives, propylene glycol or phthalates used in any of our products.

We don’t test on animals or include any animal ingredients so our range is vegan friendly, (excluding our Skin Soothing Lotion as it contains beeswax). All products are CCF accredited.
