CARE products are developed by the Hong Kong based Regal Enterprises which was established in 1991. They specialize in developing electrical & electronic baby nursery products & toys for age 0-8 years. And in addition to developing baby nursery products & toys, they are also expanding their product line to cater for the elderly people.

Prior to them developing their own brands and products, they had been handling over 100 OEM projects from branded names all over the world.  This would mean that they have had derived the experience and technology from such partnerships.

Every year they strive to launch new products and so far, have won a HK Awards for Industry for their consumer product design on their baby products range and for their product #80102 Deluxe Electrical Steam Sterilizer Set.
