The order process

Simple, just drop us an email with  :

  • Your name & contact number
  • NRIC or Date of Birth
  • Product name with size/colour (if relevant)
  • Quantity
  • Mailing address with postcode

 

With this information, we’ll be able to work out the exact amount, including the shipping costs and an invoice will be sent to you.  Once payment is confirmed, the items will be cleared for shipping.

And voila, before you know it, the goods are at your door step.

 

Payment

Banks and paypal are rich enough so there’s no need to let them charge us credit card fees or paypal charges.  This way we also get to keep our prices as low as possible.  As such, we process payments in :

  • local cheques
  • Maybank online transfers

We’ll consider Bank Guarantees and L/Cs on a case to case basis  :P

Details will be advised when the invoice is sent.

Shipping

At gubibaby, we do our best to ensure that you receive your ordered products as soon as possible.  Please bear in mind that estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including your destination address and how quickly our house elves can obtain and assemble items for shipment.

Shipping costs are determined by your order total.  Be assured that we try to find the most economical but yet reliable courier delivery, but which might not be the quickest.  So if you need something in a hurry, do let us know.

All care will be taken to ensure your goods are in tip top shape before we deliver.  Hence, apologies that we cannot be liable for lost items or damage during the course of delivery.

We do not charge for handling, this is our service to you  :)

 

 

Packaging

Help us go green!

Our objective is to recycle as much as possible so please be forewarned that the carton that you receive your goods in might not be stellar new.  However we will take care to ensure that the original packaging will not be affected.

 

Returns

As a general rule, money sent into our accounts will remain our money.

As such, we cannot entertain requests for cancellation once an order is confirmed and processed.  Even if we do (that is if you have a really, really good reason), the refund, in the form of store credits will be subject to an administrative charge of 15%, but will not be lower than RM15.00 or higher than RM50.00.

Unfortunately (for you), returns cannot be accepted on worn, soiled, stained or washed merchandise. Items to be returned / sent back must be in their original packaging, in a re-sellable condition.  Return items are to be sent to us at your own cost.

Delivery or shipping fees are not refundable, sorry!
